by Andrew Wood

Here are ten effortless ways to increase your websites response drastically with no cost associated with the improvements.

1. Add more content to your website, there simply isnt enough on yours. Why? Because you cant get enough content on your site especially if its good, relevant content. It will dramatically boost your search engine rankings and also the amount of time visitors spend interacting with your site.

2. Add Strong Benefit laden headlines to every page of your website instead of lame efforts like welcome to our club! One out of one thousand websites has strong sales copy, and they are the ones that are producing the best response!

3. Change your lead generation contest and promos every 60-90 days to keep them fresh! You need multiple ways to collect data running in key areas of your site simultaneously. Then you need to keep them fresh by changing them every 60-90 days.

4. Don’t just send e-mail special offers, enhance the content of every e-mail with jokes, tips, cartoons, funny stories and other content that adds value and makes it 100 times more likely that the player getting your e-mail might pass it on to someone else.

5. Add a blog and get someone, anyone, to blog every week. Blogs add excellent content, inbounds links and personalization to your companies website. They also provide an excellent and easy forum to solicit feedback. Internet marketing blogs are popping up everywhere. In this day and age your website is behind the times if you aren’t using a blog on your website. For example, they are becoming almost as popular as good marketing books for finding quality information about marketing. Going back five years ago you couldnt find any information about small business marketing one simple place, you had to find fifty or one hundred sites to compile a lot of good information!

6. Add a Twitter account reach younger people, boost your search engine rankings and get specials and news out in bite size flashes!

7. Ask more questions in your surveys then load a whole series of e-mail offers into your site that are triggered by your customers preferences. In that way you only send special offers to those customers who are most likely to be interested and respond. This dramatically increases your email marketing response rates and decreases opt out rates.

8. Add a Social engine, for your members or players to interact with others at your club.

9. Add a hover ad to your home page, one that must be closed to move on into the site. This will increase your data collection by 300% or more.

10. Build vertical mini websites for key income streams like membership, wedding and outings.

Get a comprehensive review and in depth report on how to maximize your Internet marketing strategy for just $1,500 and you don’t even have to use one of our sites!

Call me direct 352 266 2099 and Ill tell you how to maximize your internet investment even if you are with another company and believe me most of them need the help!

Websites and blogs are being created and content is being produced at a higher rate than ever before. With the dramatic increase in information, it’s easy to get lost in the proverbial crowd. On one hand, search engines are more adept than ever at indexing this new information and enabling searchers to find it. Conversely, the amount of information means that a lot of content will be shoved to the end of the rankings and people are likely to never find the content.

Search engine optimization can help any website standout. SEO works to optimize the website and build up infrastructure around the website that will help it rank higher in the search engine’s eyes. Search engine optimization is a process, not an event. It requires consistent dedicated effort over time to become competitive.

Do all sites need SEO? Believe it or not, the answer is no. SEO is a results-driven process. There has to be some end goal in mind, whether that be readership, sales, or branding purposes. If your goal is not about selling as much as possible, increasing readership as much as possible, etc., then you may not need search engine optimization at all.

You may be focused on blogging for a very specific audience, like family. Nobody else would be that interested in your life events. You might operate a site specifically for the purpose of chronicling your achievements or your creations. In cases like this, people are likely to find your site by typing in your name, and the people who are searching for you are those you would want to be readers.

Search engine optimization takes a lot of work and requires a definite investment of time and energy, not to mention success mixed with failure, especially if you want to show up for competitive keywords. If you don’t have a reason to do SEO, it’s just not worth it. You’d be better off focusing on writing content that people will find by accident and enjoy.

I am a expert writer with a good knowledge search engine optimization and the benefits of SEO services. If you are interested in learning more about a expert SEO company please visit SEO.com.

Finding the best web design firms to provide you with website design service takes quite a bit of car and consideration. Out of all the things to research when making your selection, how to layout your website and how to market your website are two very important ones. Learning more about these will help to protect your investment.

Design Concept

You can find websites designed myriad different ways by website design companies. There are basic principles hat most designers follow regarding core placement or font size, etc. But there are no hard rules to the way a website should look.

What are other websites in your industry like? What most do is going to be just fine for your website, or at least it is a good place to start. Most computer monitors are better than 1024 x 768, but some still have this size or have their monitors zoomed in. So be sure to take these dimensions into consideration.

Internet Marketing Techniques

You will hear many different ideas on search engine marketing. No one really knows all the tricks and if they did, it would change tomorrow anyway. If a web company is seeking your business, just get references, plain and simple. Ask for data. If they are helping current clients to rank, then they are obviously capable.

The rules of the internet are constantly changing and it takes quite a bit of work to keep up with state-of-the0art tactics. Monitoring your websites progress and the effects of your search engine marketing is the best way to make sure that you are not wasting your money and that you are getting a proper return on your investment.

When shopping web design firms, you must obtain their opinions on format, content management, design and marketing strategies. Do not underestimate the potential effect that a powerful website can have on your business and your income. Do not delegate the task of building your site haphazardly or you will encounter many hassles and disappointments.

Speaking clearly about your goals and expectations with web design companies that you are considering will help to make sure that your website succeeds. Learning as much as you can about web design before making any purchase will also help to make sure that you get the website you were looking for and further that your new website does its job and brings more traffic to your cause.

Do you have a great looking website and an offer that you believe has some real value but is still not getting the sales you are after? If so, then surely you are beginning to discover that it is not pictures that sell but words. So how can you create copy which will truly compel and which gets your prospects to take action to buy? If this is your goal and you are looking for some practical tips, then here are five things which can get you on the right track.

First of all, try to think as your prospect does. This means you want your copy to clearly outline what is in it for a client. People are more interested in what this product is going to do for them, than in how you are going to deliver it, and if you understand this you are already close to success.

Then you want to tell your prospect customers which benefits they are going to get on an emotional level. In other words, people do not purchase products, they purchase emotional values, and if you communicate them to your audience, you arouse their curiosity, motivate to take action lead them to the next step.

After that you need to make them experience the emotional benefit. How? You just need to paint the picture with your words and offer people to share in the experience. If people will like what they feel, they will definitely want to continue feeling this way, so make sure you describe the emotional benefit really good, as this is your chance to persuade them to become your clients.

Finally, make sure that your call to action is directive and that there is no way for them to misread what it is that you want them to do. People do not mind being told what to do as long as you position yourself as the expert. If you are able to do this effectively they will not only welcome you telling them what to do, they will prefer it. This means that your call to action has a step by step instruction both for what you want them to do and for what is going to happen when they do it.

After you have created your copy, you should review it from time to time and edit where necessary. Copywriting is a process involving changes and adjustments, and as you will keep doing it, it will finally become perfect and generate great results for you in converting your readers into customers.

Far too often, people put up a website, sit back and wait for offers and money to start rolling in. Others invest a ton of money into advertising before truly learning the ins and outs of website development.

What many of these internet entrepreneurs fail to understand is that cultivating a web presence is only half of the battle. First and foremost is to make the website appeal to the audience you are seeking. This means you will have to create something that works as intended, namely, draws in potential customers.

A Website is a Marketing Tool

A professional website is one of many items in an advertising arsenal that can help plead your case to a buying public. In many ways, it is the first impression that many people will have of your business.

Make that first impression count by making sure your site aligns with your business objective and goals.

A couple of ways to do this is by observing few simple rules, namely:

1. Check for grammatical errors and typos – how can you instill confidence in a consumer if your own website if full of errors. While you could argue that the average person may be unaware of these mistakes, many are and they have money to spend too. Besides, it simply looks sloppy and makes potential customers feel as if you don’t care. If you don’t care, why should they?

2. Make sure pictures, inserts and query boxes are properly aligned – sometimes an error in coding can offset photos, images, inserts and things like comment boxes. The offence is forgivable if this happens on a rare occasion, but too often and it looks extremely unprofessional. One aspect of web development is to make sure that the page loads up the right way every time. Check your site periodically to ensure it is working properly.

3. Forgo or minimize the flash – While flash animation can look cool, it may not have a place on a truly professional website. One reason why is the fact that not every potential customer is going to have a computer that has the ability to handle a ton of animated graphics. Some computers could even crash because of it. This could put off customers who may have wanted to utilize your services or purchase your products.

4. Keep it plain and simple – the language as well as the graphics should be straightforward, clean and free of frills. When at all possible try not to use ALL CAPS as it can appears if you are screaming at people. Keep info in small, bite sized paragraphs and when possible, make sure the site is free of pop up ads and other forms of advertising.

Another hallmark of a professional website is that it is easy to navigate. Sites that get too fancy with graphics and colors may be visually appealing on one level, but it does visitors no good if they can’t easily locate the about us, contact us or services button.

Keep Your Objective in Focus

In the end, your goal is to try to reach out to a buying public that wants what you have to sell. Your ability to achieve that goal will depend on how well you present yourself on the web. This makes maintaining and developing a professional website extremely important, as it can make all the difference between e-commerce success or failure.

Bear this in mind as you create your website and, if feasible, utilize the services of an established website developer to produce a quality, user friendly webpage.

When designing a website, many people tend to get caught up in the fun of trying different designs. It is important to remember that when you design a website, you are designing it for a particular audience. The fact is that the design you choose for your website should reflect your target audience. A website that does not relate to their audiences desires will not see an increase in sales.

When designing a website, the first thing you have to do is define your target audience. Websites are about communication; therefore, you have to determine who you are communicating to. For instance, will your audience consist mainly of men, women, a certain age group, a certain ethnicity…etc? You have to determine why they are coming to site and what they are looking for. Targeting a wide range of people may increase website traffic, but not sales.

You also have to think about the product. For instance, a man surfing the net will not be going to sites advertising womens make up. An elderly person will not go to a site selling acne medication. The idea is to attract shoppers who are looking for your specific product or service.

Once you have identified your target audience, you need to create the right look that will encourage them to make a purchase. This includes the appropriate graphics, advertising and promotional materials, and relevant content that they will find appealing. You also have to consider ease of navigation. If your audience is not that computer savvy, having an easy to navigate website will be beneficial.

Marketing techniques must be considered when designing a website. For instance, if you are selling wine, are you targeting experts in the wine industry or the general public? If you are targeting experts, you do not want to dumb down the site. Experts will have a wealth of technical knowledge regarding the wine industry and the wine itself, so you should present a marketing design that speaks on their level of expertise. Another example to consider is if you are selling a line of womens clothing. You have to design the website based on the type of women purchasing the clothes. For instance, are you selling casual wear, maternity clothes, or professional clothing for the office? Your website will deliver either a professional, relaxed, or family orientated design. Your content and advertising will need to centre on the type of environment the clothing will be worn in. All of these details will help you pick the most appropriate design.

Other design aspects you have to consider include: the most appropriate graphics and sounds, keywords that will reach your target audience, the type of information you will provide that is both relevant to the customer and the business philosophy. As well, you must consider the level of audience interaction that will be expected. This can include discussion forums, entering contests, completing surveys, providing feedback…etc.

Understanding your audience and their needs is essential to creating and maintaining a successful business website. It is important to remember that you may not get a perfect design on the first try. You will probably have to make some minor adjustments. The key point to remember is that your site should be built around your customer, and not your own personal preferences. As well, you may receive feedback from visitors regarding your website which will allow you to fine tune the design.

Designing a website with the customer needs and desires in mind is a critical part of running a successful business. Ultimately, whether one is designing a website for a business, or creating websites for their clients, the design of a website is blended with the business marketing concept.

As a law firm or independent lawyer, determining where to spend you online marketing budget can be a daunting task. You have so many options, and are competing in a very competitive field. Each click could possibly be a new client eventually worth thousands or hundreds of thousands to the firm. With that kind of value on the line you can bet that firms are willing to pay whatever they have to, to be seen. Is there anything you can do to get the edge?

The simple answer is to be better than your competition. Of course gaining those skills can take a PPC marketer years and a lot of money to be able to compete. Most legal firms decide to do there PPC internally. Often times someone suggested they need to start marketing online and mentioned google and everyone came to the consensus of adsense. The trouble is it doesn’t work out to be so easy, and you are wasting your firms marketing budget. This might be a solution.

Would you recommend that a defendant represent himself in court? Why not? Because no matter how smart they are, law, and being effective in a court room is something that requires years of experience and specific knowledge to become good at. A physhics professor may be smarter than you, but he does not know how to object when a prosecutor makes an unsubstantiated claim.

What your firm should be doing is getting an expert in the field of PPC to manage the campaign for you. The reason is the same reason a PPC expert should hire a lawyer for law advice. PPC marketers spend years honing their skills to stay competitive. Most likely you are competing against them right now if you are advertising online, and you are at a huge disadvantage. Normally a good PPC management firm would charge 15% of your marketing budget + an hourly rate to do the the testing, tweaking, and research. This is not set in stone and is merely an industry average of sorts. Often times other arrangements are made.

A good PPC expert can more than make up for the 15% budget fee. This is because they know what keywords to target, and which ones not to. They also know how to get higher in the rankings without paying more. They also know how to attract only those customers that you want to click on the ads.

This means several things. First, you will improve the mother of all PPC metrics, cost per conversion. The means that your ratio of clicks to conversions will most likely improve, or your cost per click will lower meaning you will have a lower cost per conversion. Usually it is both. This is very good thing. Imagine you have a budget of $10000 per month, and you are currently getting 3000 clicks to your page. That means your are paying $3.33 per click. From that you are getting 100 leads. that is $100 per lead, or 3.3% conversion. If you could make that 6.6% you will have double the leads and your cost per lead is now $50.

That means that you can pay more for successful clicks, and possible even increase your advertising budget because it is so successful. Below are several of the most important factors that effect PPC campaigns. If you are outsourcing to a firm or specialist, they should know these facts inside and out.

Optimizing your landing pages for the keywords you are targeting is extremely important. If you are targeting clients for emergency room malpractice, you want to point them to a page on your site specifically about malpractice law and not your main page. The more specific and relevant you can get the page the better.

Success is all about the testing. Few campaigns are profitable right out of the gate. The key is test every variable. Test dozens of ad variations, test small groups of keywords individually. Keep the best performer through out the others, and test the best performer against a new set of ads.

Analytics makes or breaks the campaign. You cant test properly without a solid analytics program. Without great analytics you cannot tell which words are converting to the desired result, and which ones are eating you budget.

Keyword research is how you determine which keywords to target in the first place. If you do proper keyword research before you even begin an internet marketing campaign, your success rate compared to not doing the research will be astronomical. It is the foundation of all internet marketing.

Do you currently own your own retail business? Is your business a brick-and-mortar business and you aren’t yet convinced this ‘e-Commerce Website Development’ trend is the way to go for your business? Since its inception in the 1970s and complete social and governmental acceptance in the late 1990s, implementing e-Commerce website development to your existing retail business can benefit as an additional revenue generator. In fact, implementing e-Commerce website development to your existing retail business can benefit as an additional revenue steam in addition to helping you move closeout, unwanted and unsold merchandise.

At this point in time it is hard to even imagine a world without E-Commerce. The way it has revolutionalized how we do business is something worth celebrating. In this era of now-a-days that can simply be described as social, e-commerce has created convenience that cannot be matched.

Basically, you need an online presence and typically this means through e-Commerce web site development. Keep in mind, your web site acts as your online ‘store front’ for your image and the goods and/or services you are attempting to market and sell online. Consumers are browsers. Consumers spend hours researching and browsing online before they make their purchase. Be sure your online store front converts these browsers into buyers.

Many smaller businesses are anxious about supporting online payments and transactions. You really can’t ask a consumer to mail you a check or money order these days. Bottom line is you just need to become comfortable with online payment processing and transactions because you will miss a great amount of sales and revenue if you opt not to offer this.

Don’t be so concerned about fancy graphics, videos and music. The average consumer doesn’t wait for these things to download. If you do post images of your products make sure they’re optimized for rapid download. Consumers have short attention spans; they will not wait more than seconds for an image to download without moving on. Furthermore, the more text-rich your e-Commerce website development is, the more search engine optimization you will achieve. Search engine optimization is the process of improving the volume and/or quality of traffic to your web site with the use of keywords that are picked up from search engine search inquiries.

Site navigation is very important as well. Simple site navigation recommendations such as left-side search bar, drop down menus, easy to use links, FAQ section and relevant menu bars are all important. Relevant and recommended pages to link to are “About Us”, “FAQs”, “Contact Us”; and “Privacy Policy”. The obvious pages apart from these listed would be your products and/or services. If your product is clothes, break the menu links down to women, men, children, and current sales. If your product is tires, break the menu down into categories of tires that the tire consumer would use.

Most people have opted to go to the internet to make a living and others have made millions from it. But the secret to this kind of success is not easy to come by. The first thing that you should do is to have an eCommerce site that sells. If you cannot sell your products and services online to the internet folk you cannot succeed in driving the revenue that you require. It’s that simple. If you are unconvinced by why you need a website that works then perhaps these reasons will give you a clearer picture.

1. An e-consulting site will reach out to millions of people. It creates a virtual presence of you and your company and with enough effort you could start making money in no time. It is one of those marketing tools that have proved to be tremendously successful with time.

2. It eases the process of you reaching the masses that you want. In the physical there is little you can do but in a world where one place becomes a meeting place for hundreds of people, it becomes easier for you.

3. Reduce processing costs by $25 to $75 for each paperless order. E-Commerce consulting firms had determined that the average amount saved per transaction when making the change from brick-and-mortar to online and paperless, is between $25.00 and $75.00.

4. Reduce collaboration costs. Collaboration costs are costs associated with doing business. Employees, pens, paper, printers, faxing, heating, cooling, bottled water, phone systems and so many other collaboration costs will be saved once you establish your e-commerce site.

5. Efficiency must be the main objective for any business entity, as it determines the load of work one can offer to the customers and how fast the work is done. All these can be assured when one has an e-commerce site as it is fast in processing any kind of transactions in minutes rather than in the hours in the life. This in the long run adds to ones revenue stream as transactions take less time.

6. By encouraging transactions through your web site, you will obtain and be able to save all your customers’ information electronically, thus making it easier to reuse and analyze for target demographic purposes. You can send out reminder emails for upcoming sales, you can send out special service offers, you can email coupons but mainly you will be able to keep in touch with these customers and remind them of your business often.

7. Savings are improved by up to 10% when the activity of purchasing goods and services is done indirectly

8. The internet allows you to target a huge customer base. A brick-and-mortar store only allows you to target customers in the immediate area and assumes people have time to visit your business. Consumers are browsing, researching and shopping online 24 hours every day.

9. Transactions that are done online need no paper and are cheaper to carry out. This of course means you get to save, no matter how little the expense might have been. It is still saving nonetheless.

10. Sales online completely eliminate paper processing, printing and in some cases, shipping.

All in all it can be agreed that the internet has done so much to improve our lives and tapping into this goldmine will give you an advantage. That is why having an e-commerce consulting website is so important if you want to make any real profits.

by Katt DelaCruz

The World of today can simply be described as computer based. It would be inaccurate to say that computers play a less than essential role today.

Though computer and most specifically internet have touched almost every area but still their contribution in business is noteworthy. With the help of an immense number of sites available on the internet we can easily access information, do shopping and can even deposit the cash in our bank account from any corner of the world.

Many people are well aware that Flash website design is quite popular these days. If you are going for Flash design then it is a good idea but before going for it there are few of the things that you should take in account.

I. Does the Flash web design formulated by you is friendly to the search engines? There are some of the good techniques available by which you can design the flash website in such a way that it will not obstruct the search engine traffic.

II. The Flash website design opted by you should not only represent your company but should also deliver a better platform to your product or service. The product or service should be introduced to the customers in an enjoyable manner.

III. If you are looking for flash web design then it should deliver you better results. Nothing less than that. Your marketing brands should remain on top priority.

Provided below are some of the effective techniques in a simple format.

- If you are planning to add Flash slideshow then it must tell a story. There should be some creativity and originality. Here you can take the help of a professional Flash website designer. For a professional business website, it is must to have at least 10 images in a row. To make it SEO friendly, it is best to include names of the images. The flash effect can contribute to enhance the relevancy of the content and can make it more useful for the user. With the help of an effective flash button you can channel traffic to your site. How good it will be if you can accumulate the entire traffic into that section of the site that makes you money? Great! Isn’t it?

- Ensure that the flash gives all the details that need to be known about your company. All the information needs to be ingeniously incorporated into the flash design. If you wanted, you could use flash animation that works like a charm. Including a flash menu is highly recommended and advised.

- Flash components play a very important role especially in the creating flash texts. You have to take into account the fps speed so that your visitor will be interested. It cannot be too fast or too slow otherwise the desired motive will not be achieved to complete success. The main aim of using the flash idea is to create a real picture for the visitor. When used just right it can be a method of attracting internet users in their hundreds. The ability to create a visual impression of the expectations of the visitor is all that it takes. Visually representing the thoughts of the visitor about the e-commerce website is one of the most successful methods of getting the biggest number of visitors.
