How A USP In Your Adwords PPC Campaign Can Skyrocket Sales

by Foby Ramlagan

In developing your Adwords ppc campaigns, it’s very helpful to develop a Unique Selling Proposition, or USP. The USP may be used repetitively in your Adwords ads to help improve click through rates.

Your first step is to answer these four questions:

1. Why I ought to read or take note of you? 2. Why must I believe what you have to say? 3. Why should I take action about what youre offering? 4. Why should I act immediately?

As you may notice, these are powerful standards for what to incorporate in your Google ad and on your web site when visitors stop by. Find the correct answers, and you’ve taken your marketing and made it that much more powerful.

We’ve all crashed on our faces trying to be everything to everyone. You can’t make everyone happy. If your purpose is shadowy and your good judgment of individuality ambiguous, it confuses your regulars and robs you of time and vigor.

You cannot discuss USP without mentioning the Domino’s Pizza USP:

This isn’t exclusive now, but in the early days of Domino’s, it most definitely was. A multibillion dollar company was born from this extreme unique, simple proclamation of value.

Just look at what a focused USP does in the rearrangement of everyday Domino’s staff:

Fresh. They don’t have to keep coolers full of stock. They keep all of the needed ingredients on hand, along with ample staff to set up the order-taking. And the pizza doesn’t even have to ooze quality.

Hot. They keep a logical timed schedule, putting the ladened pizzas into the oven in time with orders that enter. They keep the suited containers on hand and the delivery guys make sure the hot freshly made pizzas are well packed.

Pizza. No spaghetti. No lasagna. No fine wines. Nothing else.

Delivered. This isn’t a dine in setting. No wait-staff or extra busboys, no added tables or chairs.

In thirty minutes or less. Everyone pushes against the clock.

Guaranteed. When the buyer hears this, he sits up and takes notice. And the manager has monetarist inducement to keep to keep the operation stirring.

When you have this communication defined and focused, it will unshackle you. You become the consultant. People ask to you solve difficulties that you’re not geared to deal with, and you simply refer them elsewhere. Nobody expects you to be skillful on anything more than your one function.

You can possibly expand into extra areas, and many businesses have many USPs. Every item in a business should have a separate USP. But in each case, it needs to be common, and it requirements be very clear.

A beneficial USP will correspond in a Google ad or at least the most crucial part of it will.

Top Reasons to Use Review Site Templates

by Lala Lopez

Review sites are fast gaining popularity today. Both online and offline marketing use review sites to their advantage. Thus, it is no wonder why the review site trend is making its way up to the marketing ladder.

Basically a review site is a site where opinions of consumers are posted about certain products or services to benefit both people and businesses. The posts in a review site can be written by professional writers or by the average consumers. Epinion.com and Amazon.com are examples of the first review site models.

Before, review sites placed a premium on reviewers’ anonymity and even had a law under the Communications Decency Act which protected them from any liability caused by their comments. In the recent years however, review sites started to encourage their readers to use their real names when writing reviews. Some took it to the extent of posting their photos beside their names, which made the review more credible.

A review site can earn income in many ways. Advertising tops the list. And following close behind are paid enhanced listings, comparison shopping, and paid links.

Studies show that people visit review sites frequently because they want to know what others have to say about a certain product or service they are eyeing. A recommendation from another person who have used the said product or service weighs a lot in the decision-making of the buyer. This is how review sites work in the charm.

A business owner can benefit from review sites such that favorable ratings can increase sales and build client confidence. Internet marketers, on the other hand, can use a review site to their advantage by getting a higher conversion ratio in exchange for honest reviews. For the internet marketer, a well-designed review site means more commissions!

One problem that most affiliate marketer or business owner faces when designing a review site is how the actual site looks. For the site to do its job, it must look professional. And there’s no other way to achieve this with the least cost than by using a ready-made review site template. Using a ready-made template is very easy and you can even set-up one under a few minutes. It also features varying color schemes so you can get one for each of your niche.

Don’t be confused with which review site template to choose. Just visit websites which review ready-made templates and see how a particular template is rated for functionality, conversion factor, and ease of use.

Free Website Headers: How to Customize for Your Website

by James T Maxwell

Whether you are the owner of a new website, or an existing one needing a bit of ‘redecorating’ certain aspects need your consideration. You may want people visiting your site to see a very professional site. Perhaps your website caters more to children and family, and you want a family-friendly experience when they find your page.

Gone are the days when any web or graphic design meant hiring someone to do your website work for you. This inevitably meant spending money to obtain exactly what you wanted. And even then, there was no guarantee that was going to happen. There are many programs now available which permit you to completely redesign your current website, as well as helping you create the ideal first site. One of the easiest we have found to work with is Photoshop.

When you use Photoshop, you can easily have a finished product in your own style in no time at all. You’ll be doing the work yourself, using your own computer and on your own time you’ll be saving money from the get go. While choosing this method of creation for all your header needs, with your personal style and feel to them, you will simply have to add them to your site codes once you’re done. Let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves though.

To get started, open your Photoshop software and create a new image. You can set the size of your image, which will be your header, either by entering 1025 x 150 pixels (or whatever the size of your webpage may be) or by using the image-size tools available to you in order to set the proper dimensions you wish to work with.

After selecting the image outline or header, choose the tool which resembles a rounded rectangle. You must now drag this pointer to the top left corner of the image. Left click in order to draw a rectangle crossing from left to right sides of your image. This will show you the exact outline of your header section.

Continue by now selecting “Layer” from the navigation tool bar, which is found at the top of the window in which you are working. The next option you choose is the “Layer Style”, followed by “Add Drop Shadow” from the various options. There will now be a new pop-up window with the option “Drop Shadow, Inner Glow and Outer Glow.” Check the box in front of this option.

Next, you want choose the “bevel” option. This will result in the rectangle having a professional style with depth, added by your chosen shadow. Clicking on the “Layer” icon will add a new layer to your header.

We’re going to open the text tool now, dragging it to the top left corner of your image. Type here either the name of your website or company name. Have fun playing around with different font types, sizes and colors until you find what really suits your ideas. There are also other text option tools on the navigation bar at the top of the present window.

At this point we are going to add more style to your header. Start off by selecting the rectangle tool, then left-clicking the top right-hand corner. If you drag the pointer along the top of your header, you’ll create a smaller navigation bar at the top of the image.

You can now click the “Direct Selection” tool, and by left-clicking on it you can select the rectangle. You will now see small squares appear in each corner. By clicking the lower left corner and dragging it toward the right, you will create an angled edge for this new navigation bar.

If you wish to add color or effects to this upper navigation bar, you would be choosing the “Fill” tool and making your choices from the options there. You can also crop and/or cut your image to any exact size you may need with the “Crop” tool.

Since you want to be sure you don’t lose all of this work, click “File” then “Save for Web and Devices” and save this image. You might consider creating a folder to contain all your business website information so everything is kept together. Once your new header is saved, it’s time for you to upload it to the “Images” file of your website codes.

In order to add this new header to your web pages, you need to use it as a background image. You will be placing it in the first row of your first table of the website, right under where you see the head tag.

Now that all is said and done, you will be able to see just how easy it is not only to create your own website headers, but how they can be done for free. Depending on the goal of your website, you may decide to change headers for each season. Or maybe get creative with the headers for other pages of your website. There’s no reason why not. Besides, it’s free!

Effective List Building & Driving Traffic to Your Squeeze Page

by James T Maxwell

The money is in the list. As an internet marketer, you know that building your email list is absolutely essential if you want to make money. There’s one key component to successfully building a list however: Getting traffic to your squeeze page. Some great ways to do this are PPC, article marketing and getting affiliates.

Pay Per Click Marketing

PPC marketing could be the most efficient means of driving traffic. It’s efficient because it is quick, as well as its tracking ability.

When you’re using the Pay Per Click marketing system, your primary goal is to break even. It’s not necessary to make much profit; you want to be building your list. If you’re fortunate enough to get 100 people per day on your list plus breaking even, you’re off to a great start.

There is a trick when it comes to Pay Per Click success, and that is continually testing and improving what you have. It’s easier to get that system which is kind of working to work than to start over from scratch.

Article Marketing

Article marketing is a less expensive, but slower means of getting traffic to your website. When it comes to article marketing, you end up paying with time instead of cash.

This is how it works: You write some articles and submit them to all the article directories you can find. These directories are searched regularly so your content will quickly find itself indexed. Using good keywords and good SEO principles enables your articles to rank higher, providing you with more traffic.

Generally, article marketing involves doing a lot of work for a little bit of traffic. If you keep working at it though, that little bit of traffic can turn into a whole lot of traffic over time.

Affiliate Marketing

Here’s the secret to affiliate marketing: Good statistics. Most Internet marketing experts agree that it’s usually best to test your stats using AdWords or other marketing tactics before you approach potential affiliates.

You can do a lot of refining using PPC. It’s usually best to do that refining before you approach your potential affiliates. Why? If an affiliate promotes your product and it doesn’t convert, your bridge is burned forever. On the other hand, if an affiliate promotes your product and it does convert, then they’ll likely keep promoting your product again and again.

Furthermore, you usually won’t be able to get big JV deals unless you have your stats. Most “heavy hitters” don’t want to do business with first timers because they know that there’s a big risk of losing money.

Nobody wants to use their traffic to test someone else’s marketing. You can’t expect your affiliates to want to send you traffic unless you can provide solid statistics on how your page converts.

Getting Traffic to Your Squeeze Page

These are the three proven methods of getting traffic to your squeeze page: PPC, Article Marketing and Affiliate Marketing, but only once you’re ready. Keep in mind each of these methods alone has had their roll in the success of many businesses. Nobody said you need to do it all right. But you’ll be off to a great start if you excel in just one thing.
