Without traffic, your website will not be recognized by people or plainly your website will just be worthless. Generating traffic to your website will let people know you exist and get them to come to your website. If you have no traffic then nobody will view your website, consequently, no one can purchase your product, no one can tick on your ads, and no one can read your own articles.

If you advertise a product or service, the more that people will recognize about you the more youre going to sell and earn money.
